Creamy crockpot hot chocolate
1 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
6 cups milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 C chocolate chips
1 teas vanilla
Stir together in crockpot, on low, for two hours. Stirring occasionally! Serves 6-8
